• All products except the seasonal ones displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
• Return or exchange can be made if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased and is wrapped in the original packaging.
  The exchange or return request will be approved within 3 working days.

• Please photograph the product and send it with specifying the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product in the event that the product is damaged or has a specific defect, or is not used as agreed upon.
